01Browsing without cookies
The site does not set cookies or load advertising or analytics trackers. Selecting a language saves only that preference in your browser’s local storage; you can remove it through browser settings. Hosting access logs may include IP address, requested path, time and response status for operation and abuse prevention.
02Information you send
The form requests your name, reply email, optional company and message, together with language and an optional visible enquiry context. These details are used to respond and manage the requested business discussion, including pre-contractual steps where applicable. Security checks use our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Fields marked as required are needed to handle the request; do not include confidential or sensitive data.
03Delivery and retention
The contact relay forwards requests to Flower Consulting through Telegram. Telegram is therefore a recipient of the message; its infrastructure and international processing are described in its privacy policy. The relay does not keep a message database or log message bodies. Correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping duties. Short-lived antispam challenges and rate limits are stored only in server memory.
04Your choices and rights
Use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or to object where applicable. You may also contact Flower Consulting by post at the address above and lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante or your competent supervisory authority. The site does not use your enquiry for advertising or automated decisions.
